Kumkum is a public health practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare management experience, from regulatory compliance to healthy facility design and operations; from safety and emergency preparedness at teaching hospitals to best practices in community-based clinic settings. She provides C-suite services to JMSPC through Integrative Sciences d/b/a DigitalGovX, an SBA-accredited woman-owned small business she founded in 2008 (Integrative Sciences). “Patient-centered care is our priority.” She is a successful entrepreneur, recognized vocalist, community leader, and ardent elder care advocate.

Sarah Hebb Carpenter, LICSW, Clinical Director
Sarah is an exceptional professional with a background in mental health, special education, and program development. With over 25 years of experience in the field, she has successfully developed, directed, and implemented programs that have had a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families. She is an administrator and clinician with a unique ability to supervise, educate, and collaborate with staff, clients, and families.
Sarah specializes in anxiety, early childhood trauma, comorbid ASD/OCD, learning disabilities, substance use disorders, adoption, parenting, and family issues. She has a deep understanding and empathy for clients with complicated profiles. Sarah is dedicated to matching each client's diagnosis and profile with the most current research-based practices, ensuring that each client’s treatment is tailored to meet their specific needs.

David Hamparian, Director of Operations
Born in Boston and a lifelong resident of MA, David grew up in Arlington and resided in Belmont for the majority of his life. His professional career began in banking and retail, managing people in his early 20s after graduating from Boston University with a degree in economics. Having a life long passion for business and entrepreneurship, he enjoys any opportunity to look for creative solutions to bring efficiencies and grow businesses in any arena.
Most recently David worked for a startup functional nutrition registered dietitian practice where he utilized the experiences of his previous career as an Executive Director of an overnight summer camp for children to implement policies and procedures designed to provide the foundation for growth. Both organizations experienced strong growth as a result of his leadership and proactive approach.
David enjoys assisting youth groups, coaching and playing sports and hopes to find time to volunteer at Boston Children’s Hospital, a long time goal of his.

Stephanie is a multifaceted manager skilled at enhancing processes, systems, and organization agility. She started here at CHS as an intake coordinator in 2019 and grew within CHS to management. Stephanie is a natural strategist and data-driven. She has a passion for improving operations, supporting technology development, and providing direct client and staff care. Stephanie is committed to optimizing efficiently and delivering exceptional results. She is the go-to for technology troubleshooting, data, trends, intake processes, and practice management support.During her free time, she enjoys creating holistic body care, learning about herbology, and exploring philosophy and quantum physics.
