Kumkum is a public health practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare management experience, from regulatory compliance to healthy facility design and operations; from safety and emergency preparedness at teaching hospitals to best practices in community-based clinic settings. David Hamparian, Director of Operations

Born in Boston and a lifelong resident of MA, David grew up in Arlington and resided in Belmont for the majority of his life. His professional career began in banking and retail, managing people in his early 20s after graduating from Boston University with a degree in economics. Having a life long passion for business and entrepreneurship, he enjoys any opportunity to look for creative solutions to bring efficiencies and grow businesses in any arena.

Most recently David worked for a startup functional nutrition registered dietitian practice where he utilized the experiences of his previous career as an Executive Director of an overnight summer camp for children to implement policies and procedures designed to provide the foundation for growth. Both organizations experienced strong growth as a result of his leadership and proactive approach.

David enjoys assisting youth groups, coaching and playing sports and hopes to find time to volunteer at Boston Children’s Hospital, a long time goal of his.
